Why We Started TrainerCentric Digest
Learning & Development is one of the most important functions in any organisation. And yet, for too long, the people who do this work have had very few spaces that truly speak to them — as professionals, as practitioners, and as leaders of change.Most training content is created for organisations. TrainerCentric Digest was created for trainers.
We started this magazine because we believed the L&D community deserved a publication that treated them as the experts they are. A space where the conversation goes beyond compliance checklists and tick-box training. A platform where real practitioners share what actually works — and are honest about what does not.
That belief is still at the heart of everything we publish.

We hold ourselves to a high standard. Everything published in TrainerCentric Digest is written or reviewed by people with direct, hands-on experience in Learning & Development leadership and practice.
We do not publish content for the sake of volume. We publish content because it adds genuine value to the people reading it.
Our contributors are practitioners first. They write from experience, not just from research.
